RIA DONGWORTH
Principal
Ria began teaching dance at the age of 16 before working in Cyprus and Turkey choreographing and performing in shows, including her own cabaret act.
Since graduating from drama school in 2009 Ria has worked as Movement Director for the award winning London Fringe group Lazarus Theatre Company as well as performing in shows at the New Wimbledon Theatre and Southwark Playhouse.
Ria teaches our musical theatre groups as well as private singing and LAMDA drama exam classes.

AIMI PERCIVAL
Senior Teacher
Aimi graduated from Hertfordshire Theatre School in 2007 and is a professional actress/singer. Aimi recently released her debut single 'Mr M' with more songs coming soon.
Aimi leads our ladies singing group as well as teaching our performing arts groups and solo singing students.

CAROL COOPER
Senior Teacher
Carol attended Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and received a BA (Hons) in Performance.
Currently Carol teaches dance, drama and singing. Her pupils have won numerous awards including: ‘Pitch Perfect Team’ and ‘Overall Musical Theatre Winners’ at Pineapple’s Edmonton Glee competition 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Before moving into teaching full time Carol toured the U.K. and Ireland and performed in many musicals and pantomimes. Carol was also lucky enough to travel to the U.S. as the lead singer in Feet of Fire.

KERRIE CALLADINE
Senior Teacher
Kerrie trained at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where she graduated with a BA(Hons) in Performance.
Her professional credits include playing the role of Kate in the Number 1 UK Tour of 'Girl's Night', 'The Ceremony' at the Royal Festival Hall and the original cast recording of 'The Railway Children'.
Kerie teaches LAMDA musical theatre lessons.

RHIANNA HOSMER
Performing Arts Teacher
Rhianna has been working in the performing arts industry professionally since the age of 5. She was awarded a scholarship to The Sylvia Young Theatre School and then went on to work with The National Youth Theatre.
Throughout her career Rhianna has had the opportunity to work within the West End in Les Miserables, as well as TV and film, including CBBC ‘Stepping Up’ that was nominated for a BAFTA and Greg Davies ‘Man Down’ where she plays a series 4 regular. Rhianna has gained valuable experience acting in productions with BBC, Sky, Channel 4 and CBBC.

CARRIE CROOKALL
Guest Teacher
Carrie now runs our sister school in Liverpool and teaches at Diverse Sawbridgeworth as a guest teacher.Â
As an actor Carrie played Twinkle in the No.1 UK Tour of 'Dinnerladies', Secret Cinema's 'Back The The Future', the Olivier nominated 'Alice's Adventures Underground' and has appeared in 'Coronation Street'.

HEIDI CROUCHMAN
Student Teacher
Heidi has been a student at Diverse Performing Arts since our first lesson in 2011. Now in her final year completing her A Levels Heidi assists in our performing arts classes.

BELLA PENNINGTON
Assistant
Bella has been a student at Diverse since 2011 and now assists with our Tuesday performing arts groups. Recent achievements include qualifying for the CSD World Championship Finals.

ISABEL BOWLER
Assistant
Isabel has been a member of Diverse for many years and is now our Monday assistant for our younger performing arts groups.
